Sabbatical
Dear Crosscurrent Church,
At the recommendation of the Elders I am beginning a 6-week sabbatical on Sunday July 10th, 2011. After 9 years of pastoring Crosscurrent Church, it is evident to myself, my family, and the Elders that I am in need a brief season of renewal and restoration. During this time I will focus on the areas of spiritual, personal, and family health through a combination of biblical/theological study, prayer, & some rest/vacation time with my family.
I am so thankful for the leaders Jesus has assembled at Crosscurrent that make such a season possible. Furthermore, we believe that regularly having these times of renewal and restoration will be beneficial for the continued health of Crosscurrent Church.
