Crosscurrent Kids
Any time a family experiences growth or change, there's usually a shift in dynamic and added responsibilities. On October 2nd, Crosscurrent Church will launch a second service at 11AM. We're so excited about this opportunity, but we're going to have to come together as a family to make it happen.
You see, one way Jesus has chosen to grow Crosscurrent Church is through our kids. And when Jesus spoke to his disciples and followers about caring for the poor & needy, He undoubtedly included children.
At Crosscurrent, we use a lot of language that includes words and phrases like "mission" and "making disciples." Interestingly enough, the greatest missional opportunity to make disciples at our Sunday gatherings is the careful teaching & shepherding of our kids.
Here's where all this is going: we need your help. Crosscurrent Children's Ministry needs your help. In order for us to care for children & families at two services on a Sunday morning, we need a lot of volunteers in our Children's Ministry.
If you are calling Crosscurrent Church your home, then we need you serving in Children's Ministry. It's just that simple. Regardless of whether or not you have kids, and even if you're serving in another ministry once a month, we need you. Without your help, we cannot effectively disciple our kids & care for new families.
