Gospel Early. Gospel for Life. From toddlers to elementary-age, kids learn about God's love in Crosscurrent Kids, our children’s ministry program. Our staff and volunteers create a safe environment where children can feel at ease, have fun and develop their budding faith. Committed to creating contagious followers of Jesus, our children’s ministry aims to partner with parents in the spiritual development of their kids.
We teach Crosscurrent’s kids about God’s Word through:
• Hands-on application
• Building relationships
• Prayer
• Scripture memory verses
• Educational crafts
• Interactive games
• Music
Crosscurrent Kids helps to provide our children with:
• A selfless,
God-centered perspective
• A strong and lasting Biblical foundation
• An understanding of Jesus’ love for themselves and others
Where will my children fit in?
* Children under 1st grade will be checked into their respective classes prior to the service.
Nursery: 3 months to 1 year
Little Tykes: 1yr to 2.5 years
Toddlers: 2.5 years to 3 years
Youngsters: 4 years to Kindergarten
Kids Church: 1st to 5th grade
* Children from 1st - 5th grade will join the congregation for the first half of the worship service. The speaker for that week will dismiss them to Kids Church before the sermon begins. [Note: this will not be a 5-10 min. break as we have done in the past, only a dismissal for children to leave their seats and meet their teachers who will be waiting at the doors].
* Middle & high school kids will remain through the entire service.
