At Crosscurrent, community groups are the heart of our ministry. Modeled after the early church in the New Testament, we’re committed to doing church in a way that reflects an authentic pursuit of life together.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." Acts 2:42-47

Devoted to weaving individuals together in Christ, we gather on a weekly basis and share the messiness of our lives – hopes, fears, triumphs and disappointments. We celebrate and cry together, provide encouragement and support, and dive into relationship. It’s here in true community, that we experience real life, foster friendships and draw closer to God.

ministry teams

Ops Team
We are looking for people who can help set up and tear down for our Sunday AM worship service. No experience is necessary; just a willingness to serve and make our environment as welcoming and pleasing as possible.

Children's Ministry
As the amount of children continue to increase in the church we are in need of more adults who can help out by teaching classes or playing with infants/toddlers. Please let us know if you're interested in helping out with this significant ministry area.
